If you are in the UK on a visa and do not yet have indefinite leave to remain ( but plan to remain in the UK ) then we can assist in securing a mortgage for you.
Providing you have been in the country for a while and have a credit file, good job and a minimum deposit of 10% we can secure a mortgage for you subject to underwriting.
Having a 25% deposit opens up more doors but not necessarily better rates.

In theory yes subject to credit score and the type of job/employer you have. Your deposit size will play a big part in the process.
Yes – with the lenders permission you can let out your property or switch the mortgage to an interest only Buy to Let property. This will be subject to financial underwriting and is not guaranteed.
