    No – lenders do not lend to applicants based in sanctioned territories

    My wages are tax free. Can I gross up my income?

    Yes we have lenders that will gross up your wages and apply an average exchange rate to get a sterling equivalent for affordability calculation purposes.

    Do I pay tax on my UK income?

    Yes – you will have to submit your tax returns to UK HMRC and pay tax on your profits.

    Can I buy using a Ltd Co ?

    Yes some lenders will permit this.
